Programme Officer — Women Empowerment & GESI

Programme Department
Full-Time Haraiya-2, Bara Open

Support the design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of women's empowerment and GESI programmes. Facilitate training sessions, community meetings, and stakeholder coordination. Work closely with women's groups, local governments, and development partners. Strong communication and facilitation skills in Nepali required. Prior experience in GESI programming strongly preferred.

Field Officer — Agriculture & Livelihood

Support the Sustainable Agriculture Programme for Marginalized Women in partnership with Tewa. Conduct farmer field training, facilitate group activities, monitor beneficiary progress, and maintain field documentation. Agriculture, agronomy, or related field background preferred. Motorcycle driving license required. Field-based position with frequent community visits.

Lead child protection activities including awareness campaigns in schools, community training for parents and teachers, and coordination with local child protection committees. Experience in child protection, social work, or community development required. Strong understanding of child rights frameworks and community-based protection mechanisms.

Finance & Administration Officer

Manage day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, budget tracking, procurement processes, and donor financial reporting. Prepare financial statements and support external audit processes. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management. Minimum 2 years' NGO finance experience required. Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software preferred.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Design and implement M&E frameworks for current and future GUA programmes. Conduct field monitoring visits, collect and analyze programme data, and prepare progress reports for donors and management. Experience with GESI-sensitive M&E methodologies and community-based data collection methods required.

Document programme activities, write success stories, manage GUA's social media presence, prepare newsletters, and create visual communications materials in both Nepali and English. Photography and basic graphic design skills preferred. Strong writing skills in Nepali are required; English proficiency is an advantage.
